General Terms and Conditions of Sale
NOTICE: These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those of TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. a
reseller of used and refurbished systems furniture and an
independent after market supplier of office furniture. Any reference to brands
colors or like designators or original equipment manufacturers (O.E.M’S) is for
the limited purpose of Information for the intended use of our products, and not
to express or imply any O.E.M. approval or authorization.
TERMS: 75% down, 25% upon delivery. No deductions allowed from invoices for any
reason without authorization 10 % may be withheld for punch list items upon
approval. TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. retains title on all products until payment
in full has been received. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales
are final.
DELIVERY / INSTALLATION: Delivery/Installation charges based on normal business
day/hour delivery. After hours and/or weekend work will be billed at appropriate
overtime rates. Voice / Data and Connection to building power to be performed
by a certified electrician provided by the client.
LEAD TIMES: TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. will use its best efforts to obtain
delivery within quoted lead times. However, TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. cannot
be held responsible for delays created by our vendors. TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. reserves the right to
substitute fabrics, laminates and paints at any time.
ORDER CHANGES: Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to TotalOfficeOnline, Inc.
for pre-approval. All special order items, including furniture,
laminates, fabrics and paints cannot be cancelled.
TRANSIT DAMAGE: Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If
merchandise is, or appears damaged, do not unpack. Call carrier for inspection.
Notification of concealed damage must be made to the freight company delivering the
goods. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the buyer once TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. or its
vendor delivers its goods to the carrier.
RE-DELIVERY / RE-SCHEDULING OF FREIGHT: When re-delivery or re-scheduling of
merchandise is required due to the customer being unable to accept merchandise
without notification to TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. the actual cost for freight,
re-handling and warehousing, plus a 20% surcharge, will be billed to the customer.
PRODUCT DESIGN: TotalOfficeOnline, Inc. reserves the right to change design
and construction and discontinue products without prior notice. All dimensions
shown are considered to be approximate.
"AS-IS / USED" PRODUCTS: This Property is being
sold "as-is", without any representation or warranty whatsoever as to its condition.
Title shall pass upon receipt of final payment.
